Students

Ms. Antoinette Nguyen is completing her B.Sc. in Biological Sciences and  Psychology at the University of Alberta. Antoinette worked in the lab for 2 summers (2009-2010)  and completed her Cell 499 course in the lab as well. After graduation, her plans  are to enroll into the Pediatrics PhD program at the University of  Alberta.













Mr. Basel Alsaadi completed the second year of his B.Sc. in Biological Science at the University of Alberta, and is working in the lab as a Summer Student (2009). He plans to gain admission into the PhD/MD program at the University of Alberta after the completion of his B.Sc. and has particular interest in genetic research. Basel enjoys volunteering with many organizations including the Canadian Blood Services and the University of Alberta Hospital.













Mr. Ryan Alexander obtained the Women and Children Health Research  Institute Summer Studentship allowing him to work in the lab during  the summer of 2010. He completed a BSc. in Biological Sciences and  Psychology in 2010 and plans to pursue a Master's degree within the 
neurosciences. He enjoys travel and listening to and learning about many styles of music, both contemporary and traditional.

w will be working in the lab this year (2010-2011) for her Honor 467 Physiology course.
