Graduate Student Positions:
Position 1: AI, Genomics, and NDD
We are looking for graduate student with background in genetics and neuroscience to investigate the complex molecular genetic basis underlying genotype-phenotype correlations in neurodevelopmental disability. The student/postdoc will be part of an international team using artificial intelligence in order to identify potential treatment targets.
Position 2: Chabot for Education Around NDD
We are looking for grad student and post-doc with background in computer science, medicine, neuroscience, psychology, or education to work with our team on a chatbot prototype. Specifically, we would like to explore several key aspects:

Our Fragile X Clinic Volunteer Program gives you the opportunity to work with patients in the hospital. You will interact with children with intellectual disabilities and help to support them through their clinic appointment by keeping them engaged and happy during the appointment.

- Co-creation of the chatbot with families, educators and health professionals. Identification of important differences and overlap in engagement tools and other user interface key features.
- Optimization of workflow for obtaining funding and educating about challenging behavior.
