We have established the Canadian Intellectual Disability Network (CANID Network) to gain knowledge about intellectual disability and allow for collaboration between clinicians and researchers in Canada. We share conference (and teleconference) information for invited speakers in the field, as well as collaborate on research projects. This allows for a large wealth of knowledge in the field.
